I lost my sense of smell after contracting COVID-19 and had a history of polyps, which caused headaches and other issues. I was referred to Dr. Neilan, and he truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the professionalism and kindness of the entire staff. I underwent surgery, and the care and attention I received before, during, and after the procedure were remarkable. The surgery was a success, and I am now able to smell again—both a blessing and, at times, a challenge! Dr. Neilan’s bedside manner was impeccable. His genuine care and concern for my well-being were evident at every step, and I truly felt supported throughout the entire process. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Neilan for any ENT issues. His expertise, compassionate care, and dedication to his patients make him an outstanding choice for treatment.

Dr. Neilan is fabulous! He is down to earth, very thorough in his explanations, and makes you feel completely comfortable. I feel completely at ease knowing he is handling my case.

Everyone within the staff was nice and caring, not once was I rushed even though I had tons of questions and concerns. Dr. Neilan is such an awesome physician, he's very helpful and understanding. Words can not express how much I appreciate all that was done on my visit. My experience could not have been more positive. Thank you and I will definitely be sending family and friends!

I have seen Dr. Neilan on more then one time because I was having sinus issues and he took very good care of my issue and the staff was very nice and the atmosphere was very inviting. Dr. Neilan is a great doctor
