as a new patient its the worst experience ever ,the front desk team they need to be trained , a lots of attitude

Dr Ansari and staff are caring, great listeners snd very efficient. She makes sure to address all of your concerns and never makes you feel rushed!! I highly recommend Dr Ansari!! She is fantastic with multiple concerns. .

She yelled at me and made me cry. I was depressed and even felt deeply depressed! I have to get counseling now to help me get through this bad experience from Dr. Saba Ansari! ??????

If there was zero stars I would give her zero. The dr there doesn’t know what she is doing . Made me go to the er for no reason and had to take multiple test. She Wouldn’t prescribe me medicine for my high blood pressure before I took blood test. Which I needed to be fasting for. She did a ekg on me and overreacted. Also I had to sit there without a dressing gown while my ekg was being done. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you have high blood pressure . She just makes ridiculous reasons why your blood pressure is high. She is very rude and shouldn’t be a dr. Also the front desk people did a big HIPPA violation. They gave me paperwork for a test for another patient.

Dr. Ansari is a great doctor by far, answered all my questions and is very knowledgeable.

The worst family physicians office. I went there for over four years due to location and convenience but every single time I went, they were always trying to get more money from me. They were always asking for unnecessary tests to be done and I’m in the medical industry and knew these tests were not necessary. It is clear this office is money focused and not patient focused. Also, the husband of Dr. Ansari works as the office manager and he is totally worthless. I was waiting for over a month to get a referral to see my numerologist and they kept saying it takes time or they called me. I checked my calls, there were no missed calls. Trust me, you will be highly annoyed if you go this practice and overpay for sub-par medical treatment. There are many other places to go, don’t go here. Save your money and frustration.

I was referred to Dr. Ansari when I was looking for a new primary care physician. I was first impressed with the ease of making an appointment, then with the promptness with which I was seen at my appointment time. Dr. Ansari spent time with me to establish my problems and goals. She answers every question I ask promptly. Her bedside manner is quiet and attentive, and not effusive. She is diligent about seeing her patients to prevent small problems from becoming big ones. I get a written summary of each visit which I find very helpful.

This Dr sent me to mri 3weeks ago. Me my mother and family have called everyday for results, as the pain I am in needs to be treated. Each time "she will call you back" still no call. In house crying in pain, called nurses yelled "you have bulged disc, go somewhere else"?!?! I asked why she has not given my results they said "she is busy with other patients" disgusting. Patient abuse. I have TBI PTSD anxiety hives and all are going untreated currently. Guess I'm not an important patient.
