Dr. Saba Shabnam, MD

Dr. Shabnam is great. She has great bedside manner and always explains things in detail. She always makes me feel like I’m being heard and never rushed . Doctor is very thorough and detailed. She has been very supportive thru my weight loss journey. I highly recommend her and her staff !

As a doctor, Dr. Shabnam met my needs. Although she required WAY more follow-up appointments that I thought was necessary, I complied. My thinking was that she was "thorough." The office staff had changed over several time in a few years and as new faces appeared, service went down. Judy was always on top of things, however, when new front office workers replaced her, it was not the same. Taylor was terrible at never having messages returned and was called out for flat out giving wrong information. I felt that the office staff was rather incompetent each time I went in. I was also frustrated with the ridiculously long wait times. I was not seen until after at least an hour past my appointment times. I now have a new doctor.

Dr. Shabnam is not one to treat symptoms with a quick prescription. She listens, take many notes and then will create a plan that determinedly gets to the root cause of a problem. She takes the time that's needed to make sure you have shared and asked all questions. Then, makes sure you both agree on a course of action. You are not hurried out the door. Your patient-doctor time is not limited by a time-frame. She's even called after hours to check on me. Thank you, Dr. Shabnam.

They don't answer the phone and when they called back it sounded like you are disturbing them and tone of the voice was very rude and don't have knowledge of what they are doing and they call back unprepared. Dr. Shabnam is a very good doctor and I don't have anything negative to say to her, but the front office people do a very good job to make a patient feel unwelcome.

I am very pleased to be her patient. Her staff is very cooperative and helpful. She is one of the best physicians I have ever met. Very compassionate and kind. Treats her patients with respect, compassion and provide the best possible care. Recommend to anyone looking for a great Family Physician

Dr. Shabnam, is a great doctor she care about her patients since I started going to her I have controlled my Diabetes is in control, she helped me control my weight and I am already 2 size down. Going to her for me health problem have changed my overall life style.

Doesn't listen. Refused to read a journal article about a study in which I'm a participant. Refused to accept a diagnosis for which I have decades worth of documentation, wouldn't even look at my documents from world-renowned doctors. Initially agreed to fill one prescription which I've taken for 15+ years, then a few months later refused to refill it.

Extremely arrogant and judgmental. She's everything you don't want in a physician.

Very rude. Heartless. It's all about how to make money. Never seen this kind of rude Dr in my entire life. Refuse. Will go till extend to make sure she will do justice with patients. It's not money making market. Very rude. She doesn't even talk in professional manner. Never recomand to anyone. No. No. No. No.

Dr. Shabnam evaluates holistically. She will use natural and/or drugs to physically treat any problem. She can read lab results honestly and accurately. She is the only dr. that balanced my hormones...what a miracle that was. You will not be disappointed with this dr.
