Dr. Sabitha B Sundaresh, DDS

Dr. Sundaresh is the best dentist I've come across out of the many we've tried. We've been going to her since about 10 yrs. She's very courteous, friendly, and her diagnosis and treatments are always in the spot. She doesn't do unnecessary procedures, is very practical in her approach, remembers her patients very well. Her office staff is also extremely friendly.

I've been going to Dr Sabitha for well over 15 years now. As you can imagine - during that time, I've had multiple different issues happen, and in each case, Dr Sabitha provided excellent personalized care. The most critical one was where I had developed a cyst in my upper gum. Doctor took time to explained the situation and set up the surgeon. The surgery was very clean and I had very good post operative care from her. I've most recently had a root canal and cap work on a back tooth and am currently going through my first implant. I not only go to Doctor Sabitha myself, my wife and my two daughters have been her patients for the same time and have been very happy with the care provided by Doctor Sabitha and her staff.

I had a great experience in my Dentist office. Dr. Sundaresh was very professional and I was really helped. She identified the problem right-away. I liked the environment of the office. Everyone was very friendly and supportive.

Dr Sabitha Sundaresh is very friendly, she knows in depth all the aspects of dentistry and my family has been coming to her for the last 15 years and my children had their braces done with out any issues and myself have got 2 root canals and crowns done, no issues and I highly recommend her to anyone.

This was the most unprofessional and money driven offices that I have visited. I entered the office with little complains and a week after the visit, have a mouth in pain. They are a sham and a scam designed to milk our insurances companies. Below is an outline of what to expect: 1) Upon checking in, I was taken to a room for a full oral X-Ray- this later proved to be entirely unnecessary (they bill separately for this procedure). I was told that it was covered once by insurance as this is my first visit on my current plans and that there was no out of pocket expense- the logic behind administering it, however, was not provided. 2) The individual working in reception asks an excessive amount of personal questions if she sees that you are Indian. Questions were posed about my family and names of other patients were provided. This was in direct violation of HIPPA and I have reported the incident 3) When I was taken to a room, an individual looked at my X-ray and asked me… questions about what part of India my family was from- as I am polite, I engaged in light conversation. The experience was uncomfortable nonetheless. I Presuming she was of course the dentist, I allowed her to begin her process. She used a tool to start to scrape my teeth- she went all around my mouth but I distinctly remember her spending an excessive amount of time scraping away at a chipped tooth- it was akin to filing and now the tooth next to it has lost its top enamel. After she was done, I asked her about my toothpaste (Paradontax)- she said that she had never heard of it and proceeded to encourage me to use two toothpastes should that one not have the ingredient to prevent cavities. Her lack of knowledge was a red flag but given that she had already started, I was at her mercy. 4) Fluoride application by the same individual was uneven 5) Another individual came into the office (which was strange at first)- come to find out that she is the dentist. She ordered further scans of specific areas and left. When she returned and observed the scans, she informed me that I may need a filling or a root canal (the latter, of course, being the more lucrative option for her practice). I was also told to schedule a deep cleaning. In most offices, the areas are individually scanned from the start. As they garner more money from insurance by having the initial full mouth scan, they neglect to take thorough scans of each individual part of the mouth- this results in a lack of thorough examination 6) When checking out, I was informed that they had run out of bags and was handed a poor quality toothbrush with the lowest tier of Colgate Total (which is still good).I was asked if I will be paying with a cash or a check (no credit card?) for the procedures they would like me to have and that they will call my insurance to see my liability. Why were payment questions even posed prior to confirming my benefits for the procedures? 7) I received a call later that day informing me that my copay would be $75 for a filling but that if I opted to do just the deep cleaning, I would have to pay over $200 as my deductible would not have been met yet. As the numbers did not add up and as my teeth didn’t feel right, I opted to cancel further appointments that day. BEWARE.

Not at all experienced , communication is poor. Root canal done after 2 yrs had an apses,infection Had to do it all overagain .

Very Rude Dentist. She do not spend more than 1 minute with patient. Money minded.
