Dr. Sabrina Mia, MD

My husband was diagnosed with COVID shortly after we arrived in FL in early Dec. After his hospitalization, we were referred to Dr. Mia as a Primary care, since we were 'snowbirds' and didn't have southern docs. We were so impressed with Dr. Mia's knowledge and compassion. She saw him monthly for 3 months, treating the whole patient, medically, socially and psychologically. She identified other issues that required more care. I have been a patient of Dr. Mia’s for several years and have been extremely happy with her compassionate care and knowledge. Too often, doctors rush you through the visit and don’t seem to even be paying attention to what you are discussing with them. That is definitely not the case with Dr. Mia. She takes her time and provides diagnosis and appropriate referrals when needed. I have a great deal of confidence in her and her ability to provide me with excellent medical care.

At first Dr. Mia seemed like a good doctor. When there was a problem her office staff answered the phone and says "please hold". Then they never get back to your call. If you question her she has an attitude.

We highly recommend Dr. Mia. She is extremely competent and one of the best doctors our family has ever had. She is caring, really listens, asking both broad and pointed questions and gets to know your personal history and current condition in-depth. Her method avoids snap diagnoses and instead focuses on effective treatment tailored to the individual, not just the ailment. You will not be disappointed.

The phone rings when it's finally answered the Office staff was never happy and didn't seem to know what was going on, I never got a call backs. I wonder how many times in the 18mos Dr. Mia ever saw my mom since she never communicated with me. When I organized a set appointment for the last time. I was told she never showed up at the facility. Then when asked to complete a form for me, the response was my mom was no longer the Drs. patient. Don't ever hire this Dr. to see your elderly loved ones. Bad communications skills.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mia's for about two years. I really appreciate the quality of care that I receive from their office. Everyone is very nice and friendly.

Dr. Mia is a great listener, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and I felt very relaxed around her. I am happy to find someone like her as my doctor.

Dr. Sabrina and her staff are amazing! All the girls in the office are very sweet. Dr. Sabrina is very good at explaining complicated medical terms in a way that anyone can understand. I highly recommend her to anyone. In fact, my mom even switched her primary physician to Dr Sabrina after I raved about my experience with her.
