I found Dr C to be very competent and professional But also very pleasant and responsive.

I am very pleased to have Dr. Chandrasenan as my personal physician. He is very thorough and patient. I have no complaints about him at all. However, his staff is not up to his high standards. Twice now, his nurse has failed to have my prescriptions called over to the pharmacy. I was without diabetes medicine for an entire month because of her ineptitude, and now I have been trying for two weeks to have two more important prescriptions filled, but once again, she has proven herself incapable or inept. My next appointment with the doctor will be to make him aware of my dissatisfaction with his staff, and if improvements are not made, I am afraid I will be looking for a new doctor. My health is too important to be left in the hands of staff who do not do their jobs.
