Lady upfront was completely out of line with her comments and behavior...need to talk to owner.... completely unacceptable

It is such a shame that the doctor herself is very nice, because the only reason why am not coming back is because one of the front women that I talk to was so incredibly rude that I could never see myself or anyone else using them. I went in about six months ago for a massive headache. I got an injection, a schedule for an MRI (that never happened) and a prescription. Before I left, I asked if I had a co-pay and the front women said that I was good to leave and didn't owe anything. Today, I got a bill for $420 in the mail. I called asking what was wrong and why I was being billed, and the women in the front said that I was billed because my insurance didn't go through, and they tried to call me twice to get that information (which I NEVER got). She also told me (VERY contradictory) she doesn't see me in the system as a patient, to call my insurance and she was quite rude the entire time. I called my insurance and they handle things on the phone with her. I called them back to see… what exactly I was being billed for, and why they didn't see me as a patient the first time I called and the same woman proceeded to tell me I gave them the wrong birth date as if I'm the one who's entering stuff into THEIR system. I immediately told her she should take responsibility. She never let me finish what I had to say until I had to tell her to stop interrupting me. She also said that EVERYTHING will now be covered, which she has zero authority or knowledge to say, so that she doesn't even care what else I'm asking for. DO. NOT. Go here. Ever.

Dr Anwar saved my life! Outstanding doctor!

It was a very long waiting time.

She pretend that she is nice ,but she is not.She is greedy and do tests with no reason.She never talk to patient on a phoneif you have an emergency and need to talk to her.She always want a patient to come to her office she charge money.

She is an awesome doc who actually cares and gives its her best! She is just great!

Dr. Anwar is amazing. She has a warm demeanor and excellent listening skills which makes her bed side manner incomparable. She is the real life version of the old fashion make believe doctor that are written about or on old TV shows. You know, the ones that truly care about their patients. She has obviously staffed her office with the same caliber of people as they too are just as pleasant to deal with. The only exception to this is the lab technician which can be abrupt at times but it is possible that she is contract through the lab.

This was my first time visit based on a verbal recommendation. Dr. Anwar was warm, maintained eye contact, easy to understand and provided explanatory information. However, her nurse was abrupt, cold, and hurried in approach. Very impersonal with minimal affect. Makes me wonder why the nurse is still hanging around.Probably would best be suited as a factory worker. The office staff and the phlebotimist were professional and pleasant. Will make another visit to make an accurate evaluation. Good luck to me!
