By far the worst dr I have dealt with in a long time. I have medical PTSD as a direct result of this dr. Because I’m allergic to his normal anesthesia he decided to rip out and replace my feeding tubes with no anesthetic or medication what so ever along with a difficult picc that required 2 drs, both of my arms and 40 minutes. His staff is beyond rude and yelled at me the entire time to stop crying out and wiggling in pain, and his nurse yelled in my face to stop having a panic attack which only made it worse. They wouldn’t even give me their names to lodge a formal complaint. I had discharge papers shoved in my face in my way out of the operating room with no instruction or anything. If you’re a simple case he breezes through but if you’re more complex (which is WHY I was sent to him by the way) he is rude and annoyed because you take longer and “waste his time”.

Absolutely phenomenal physician

I met Dr. Shenoy yesterday. My 85 yr old mom had to have a biopsy. Needless to say she was so scared. Dr. Shenoy was so caring, kind and gentle with my mom. My mom said the procedure was a piece of cake. She did not feel any pain during the procedure. Dr. Shenoy talked to her during it. He explained what he was doing during it so she knew what to expect. He took time to talk to the family before and after the procedure. He answered all our questions and we didn't feel rushed. He was just what we needed during this scary time. He deserves 4 stars. I would highly recommend Dr. Shenoy. Wonderful, wonderful doctor and man.

The 1-star review must be a bad joke. Dr. Shenoy is one of the leading radiologists in Buffalo NY and in the country. He has one of the best bed side manners that patients enjoy. Ask anyone in the Buffalo area who has had an angiogram, and they'll say good things about him. More telling is the number of doctors who say, "if Dr. Shenoy is doing your angiogram, you are in good hands." He has rightfully earned a wonderful reputation in the area and consistently receives praise from his patients. He works in a field where not every patient is coming in at the same level of health. And unfortunately, if you are healthier and an emergency patient comes through, you might just have to wait. But if you want the same courtesy if the situation was reversed, you would understand. This is the only possible complaint that you could have is that you had to wait.
