Dr. Yasser is a very caring neurologist that will stay with you until she figures out what’s wrong. She was is always calm even though you are not. She and her office treats all their patients with kindness and respect. They are compassionate about your medical needs.

Do NOT go here!! When you Google the doctor or place it shows their “old” address. So I went to the address listed and due to them not updating, I was late, because it was the WRONG address. Secondly, when I called to verify I was told for my 11:00 appointment, I should have been there at 10:30. Mind you I received a text the night prior saying my appointment is at 11:00 and to confirm. I was told I should have received a call telling me that, I DID NOT! I am a firm believer that when things like this go wrong, STAY AWAY because it’s for a reason… your welcome!

This office does not care about their patients if they did they would allow family patient brings in to find out what is wrong and what testing and results are being provided. In this case my father always stays.by mom side but I help with her care and was RUDELY REFUSED entry stating it is policy and law. Policy yes law NOOOO. If I can get them to find another dr i. Will. This review is regarding the administrator Francisco. He is very rude, not helpful and to say the least ignorant. I feel sorry for any patient that has encountered his behavior and any staff that work under him. If anyone has encountered his behavior please write a review or stress your concerns with anyone who will listen. He needs to be removed and replaced with someone else. It's too bad he's the head honcho. I'm sure he's good at making everyone's life miserable... Make sure you don't try to talk because if you do, he will cut you off and then hang up on you. I couldn't cheat the doctor out of the five stars she deserves, but I had to find a way to complain. I plan on complaining every time I think about it. Maybe the right person will read this one day.
