We didn’t see the dr today because they apparently called and left a message to do a telehealth visit. We went to the office not knowing this. Office is filthy. Located near San b hospital

Don’t expect to get an answer from this doctor, his office, his staff or anybody without waiting for hours, days or weeks. Don’t expect to see this doctor in a timely manner, follow up appointments are 6 months out and be prepared to see a PA and deal with a rude staff. These people don’t understand that they are messing with people lives when they delay replies or answering the phones. You will not hear back in a timely manner for their prescriptions. Don’t expect the Doctor, staff or anyone in the office to care about you, at first they care and when you need them have no clue who you are.

Am very disappointed with the care here. After waiting for 4 months to get tests run, went in for consultation and reports still hadn't been received after a couple of months. Needed one more test and had to wait another four months for a consultation appointment. They called to say the Dr was on vacation and couldn't see us at that time. Still haven't received a consultation after all the tests run and the Dr bill sent. You sit on hold when trying to call and their billing department is never available. Would recommend getting a Dr that has the staff available to get proper treatment.

I started seeing this doctor for my migraine headaches and he did a full work up on me. He started me on botox treatment and he also help me with my neck pain. i am almost 100% migraine free and i cant tell you how happy i am now. He might look like a serious man but once you see him you will love him. I absolutely love the Upland office. Every single time I go to his Pomona office i have an issue with his rude front desk, wait time, or sometimes you will hear them talk about personal stuff that patients should not be hearing. Other than that it was a good experience.

Staff and Dr. Altimimi are very good at time and with helping if there is a problem which comes up. I was hesitant to go to a new neurologist after having the same one at Kaiser for years but now I feel confident in the level of care

Does not listen, has his own agenda, has prejudices, does not consider any existing diagnosis, makes assumptions and conclusions without adequate investigation, did not review initial questionnaire before dismissing away complaints in first visit (how can he know what's going on if he hasn't reviewed the symptoms?), on second visit did not review various tests before again dismissing problems, when asked about those specific tests did a very cursory review and gave very vague response-essentially he lied about results. His office violated health care laws by refusing to give copies of tests when requested a week before follow up visit. I had to request to get them after the follow up visit.

DR. ALTAMIMI TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT THE PROBLEM CAN BE AND EXPLAINS THINGS SO I CAN UNDERSTAND IT. I RECCOMEND YOU SEE HIM IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A NEUROLOGIST
