Dr. Saechin Kim, MD

Dr. Kim became my physician after I received critical, life-altering injuries several years ago. Beyond his expertise, he is thorough, concerned, and truly cares about his patients.

The most expensive mistake of my life. I went to this moron of a doctor because I had a spine issue and given his wall of f**ing diplomas thought he'd be able to help me. NOPE! He literally spent less than 4 minutes with me. Asked me to walk on my heels, then on my toes and asked whether it hurt. Did NOT touch or feel my spine and sent me to MRI. After which he sent me a letter "confirming" that I don't have any soft tissue issues!! Which I already knew!! I was there for my spine, I knew something was dislocated, which now is being taken care of by another doctor. I got a $3500 bill for this amazing service: $700 for the 4 minutes he spent with me $2500 for the MRI $300 for the MRI doctor. I tried to call and fight the bill but MGH has outsourced their billing to a third party company who did not care. 4 minutes $3500!

I really appreciate the style of Dr. Kim. He's a very engaged person--once he gets in the room! I wait too long to get into an apt (at one point I waited over an hour!), but once there, his style is deeply appreciated.

I have been going to Dr. Kim since 2003 and I could not recommend him highly enough. He is professional, intelligent, and honest. He is also very polite and respectful.

All Dr.'s are great if they cure you. Dr. Kim gives the feeling that you're already cured before surgery. He is a phenomenal Doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.

Kindest Doctor ever. Spends as much time as is needed to answer questions

You may have to wait a little for your scheduled appt but it is because he spends so much time making sure all your questions are answered and needs met. Very kind and compassionate.

First off I just plain do not like Dr Kim. He is arrogant and lazy in my experience. I have no idea why anyone would rate this Dr anything but above 1 star. I could go into great detail about everything that the Dr did not do but I can sum it up in he did nothing at all. I am tired of this type of Dr. I have one specialist who is an amazing Dr and actually cares about the patient. Unfortunately for Dr like Dr Kim that is the baseline I use to judge all Drs. Dr Kim would be good a diagnosing simple everyday issues maybe but I cannot see any case above the average as being in his wheelhouse of expertise. On top of his laziness and ineffectiveness he is kind of a jerk.

Office staff horrible they do not return phone calls

I never will recommend him to anyone.
