Dr. Safa Mohamed Mahgoub Osman, MD

I can’t say enough postive comments for my family doctor, Dr. Osman. Having several medical health concerns she is certain to keep me on task with what ever exams or screening determining the solution with specialized treatment required. The staff is efficient as well. I respect staff there as well fulfilling duties that keep them busy yet staff like employees from all walks of life have good and bad moments. After all, I as a patient, as a consumer, as a person who may be having a bad moment or bad day can become annoying to speak with. JAS

It's really a shame because Dr. Osman is a great doctor, and her nurse is also terrific. The problem is we have to deal with her staff who stand in the way of helping us get prescriptions, or even asking the doctor for an additional question, getting appointments, etc. I will also say I have left messages on the nurse voice mail and no one has EVER gotten back to me. They are rude, and speak down to you like you are a child. I plan to find a new doctor because Dr. Osman should really have some idea by now, or at the very least have some questionnaires to find out how her patients feel about her rude, blocking staff.

Went in to see doctor and my appointment was at 10:30 was. not seen until 11:45..The receptionist had to fill in for the nurse and she was overwhelmed and rude ..Had to have blood work done and thought i would be billed but was told i could not leave the office until i paid my bill in full i asked what was i suppose to stay there until bill was paid she was asking who checked me in when it was her who checked me in and i asked her to put me on a payment plan she did and said i needed to pay $65,00 today i explained to her she needed to mail me a bill she slams the glass window in my face this will be my last visit !! I have been going there for years and nevr had to deal with rude people like this at a dr office

Don't waste your time

The doctor did a great job of talking, eye contact, and explaining details.

She's a keeper. She's the first doc in a while to listen to some of my concerns. Dr Osman is great.

Very compassionate and informative.

Dr. Osman is an excellent doctor. She takes the time to explain issues and is more than willing to discuss all concerns. You are never made to feel like a number. As for her staff, that is another story. They are the most incompetent bunch of folks

She is a good doctor. My review is the same as others. Staff is incompetent. They have fouled up my prescriptions over and over. The worst is when it happens on a Friday. When confronted they deny that they failed to put it in today. While there today complaining about past prescriptions (determined that things would not go wrong). While complaining another gentleman asserted that they always mess up his prescriptions too. I then looked back at the help and said " I'm not the only one this happens too" the response was no. The worst part is they always make a reason that it is your fault. The bottom line is I have wasted countless hours making special trips to get medicine that was not available when it was needed. I have no intention of doing battle with horrible staff.
