I had to wait almost two hours for an apportionment about my blood results (mean while most doctors call you to tell you the blood results over the telephone). This place has a problem with scheduling so many people at the same time to see the doctor. The staff is rude an uneducated. They harassed me to change my PCP and if I did not that they threatened to bill me the whole balance for my visit (mean while I showed my medical card when I was there and was in their network). When I called my health care company to change the PCP, they told me I did not need to make this call and make this change because the staff at the doctors office should know that I was in the network (since I should my medical card). My health care company said that this doctor's office should not be threaten me do do this and the health care company said that this doctors office needs more training. When I called back to the doctors office to tell the staff this information, The lady on the phone was trying to… rush me off the phone and did not listen to a word that I was saying. This place in unprofessional and uneducated. Don't go to this doctor's office.
