Dr. Sagar R Desai, MD

Dr Desai is an excellent doctor who is my primary care physician for over 5 years . Highly recommended.

Dr. Desai is personal as well as knowledgeable. He visited each day I was in the hospital and was very attentive to my situation.

I saw Dr in 2005 and again in 2007. he clearly remembered my issues. I have been going for regular checkups since. He cares for you like a family member.

I called the doc today at 10 due to my mom's illness. Responses came from appointment person that I will give him your message. I call the doc again at. 12:55, message received they will call you back. I called 2:30 and I received the message from the receptionist that if you need to talk to the doc you have come to the office. She told me by end of the day he will call you back. I never see this kind of service. If the client has some kind of illness, therefore they need to contact doc. I hope that you should improve the service.

The doctor is really great but the staff over the phone is just really horrible. This is not just an experience from one time. It's every time you call for an appointment or for a refill the staff is just so horrible over the phone. The Dr. is great and has really beside manners but I'm changing my primary physician because I don't want to deal such horrible staff every 3 or 4 months.

So happy I changed primary physicians to Dr. Desai...my initial impression is extremely positive. He is timely, professional and personable. Dr. Desai provides a comprehensive and clearly-explained diagnosis that he makes understandable in layman's terms while remaining compassionate and concerned over the health of his patients. I have recommended my wife change to Dr. Desai and may we enjoy years of great health together with his help.

I would rate Dr. Desai very highly, he is a caring professional, he will spend the time with you and put you at ease. I have been seeing him for the past Eight Years, he is the only reason I still go there, I wish there were more Dr.'s like him, but his office staff is very bad, I have had my medications mixed up, delayed, my blood work and Urine test was completely messed up. Lastly, the office staff is rude and short at times, I am finally fed up with this kind of treamnent from his staff...I am leaving for a better clinic...if Dr. Desai ever decides to start one on his opwn I will be the first on line...
