The doctors are great. But I was told that by not having a mamagram it looks bad on the office. I feel they push for services the pt does not want and doesn’t hear what your there for

I have been a patient of Dr. Naseer's for many years. Over the years, as her practice has gotten more and more busy, I have become more and more frustrated with my care. In addition to questions about a recent diagnosis and how that was handled, I have tried to move past the regular annoyances of dealing with the practice. It is not unusual to wait well over an hour, ( I have waited for close to two), for an appointment and to feel rushed through the appt. when I actually see her. Friends who also use her report that this is an ongoing frustration. I have also had numerous issues dealing with the office staff. Most recently, my pharmacy called three times to refill two ongoing prescriptions. There was no response. I followed up with two additional calls, with no response. I ran out of medications and had to negotiate with the pharmacy for pills to hold me through until I could go down to the office in person and advocate for a simple medication refill. Medications that I have… been taking for years. For me, that was the last straw in a long litany of aggravations. Needless to say I will unfortunately be seeking another doctor.

This review is from my heart and must be heard. Dr. Naseer is probably the best internist in the area. Getting to her, however, is a different story. And once you finally manage to get to her, then the nightmare begins when trying to deal with the office staff on a routine basis. Yes - It is a nightmare. There is no other word. That said, I initially believed that the many downright bad reviews around the web (please read them) regarding the staff from this MD's office were either a cruel joke or written by disgruntled patients who felt a need to complain about something. Well - Every single negative review is SPOT-ON ACCURATE, should be believed, and act as a warning to new or current patients towards this collective display of meanness and dysfunction to not walk, but RUN to another provider for, if nothing else, one's peace of mind and utter sanity for their health care. I wonder about all of those poor people who have not written reviews about the unprofessional behavior they might… have also received from this physician's office. I don't know how these so-called health care professionals can possibly continue to get away with verbally abusing and mistreating patients with serious medical concerns - and particularly that Dr. Naseer continues to either ignore it or tolerate it. Certainly, she must be aware of it by now. Hanging up on patients; unable to answer the phone or return important messages; life-saving prescriptions remaining unfilled for days, or until they are good and ready to get to them; shocking disrespect and indifference towards sick people who only wish to seek help - the list is positively endless. Don't cross them with complaints because your nightmare will increase and you will then be avoided and ignored. It happened to me when I needed immediate care and dared to bring attention to their chronic negligence and lack of ethical conduct. No one should have to call their doctor's office 11 times in one day to get a medical issue addressed. Never experienced anything like this in my entire lifetime. It is unbelievable, unbearable, and thoroughly unacceptable - and it happens over and over again. My spouse and I are retired and have several health issues that need serious care on an ongoing basis. We no longer trust these people with our health care and are now forced into the inconvenient and frightening position of searching for another primary care physician whose staff will show compassion, respect, and not treat us as though we are the very worse part of their work day, or like something stuck to the bottom of their shoes. Shame on all of them. - Dr. Naseer, please clean your house. Honestly.

Very thorough in all aspects of your health.

My initial visit was to see the nurse practitioner for a wellness visit but Dr Naseer stepped in and took over the visit when it was determined I had an elevated blood pressure. I appreciated her attention and allowing me enough time to have my questions answered. I felt well taken care of that day and visits there after. She is very professional and approachable.

Love this doctor and her staff of nurse practitioners and clinicians!

She treats patients like an assembly line and never makes diagnoses but refers everything to specialists. The waiting time is ridiculous, she overbooks to keep her assembly line going. SThe only thing she cares about is to get you back in for another visit, EXTREME GREED!

I went to this doc with a list of symptoms. Apparently she had no clue what it could be because she wrote me referrals (or, I should say DEferrals) to no less than FIVE specialists in different areas. At that point I stopped telling her my symptoms, as it was clear she had no idea how, or desire to, help me. After waiting 3 months for this appointment, then 2 hours in the waiting room, and her rushing through and looking more at her laptop than me, I was extremely disappointed.

Dr Naseer was a wonderful physician. I now live too far to continue with her as my doctor and although have been happy with my new doctors miss Dr. Naseer a lot. She is kind, understanding and takes time to treat a patient correctly.
