I had Uterine cancer and Dr Thomas did the surgery, a total hysterectomy. At the time I was a security Guard at a large office complex holding 1500 employees. When it came time for me to go back to work, I was still unable to walk without pain, so I went back to Dr Thomas thinking there was something wrong, because other people who had the same surgery recovered more quickly. This was 7 years ago, but what she did is still mind boggling and infuriating. She put me on the table, and shoved her entire fist into me, and then proceeded to squeeze my innards until I screeched in pain for her to stop. She did stop after several minutes of excruciating pain, and then told me not to come back to her again because I should have gone to my Gynecologist instead. To this day I still feel pain in my lower area, but I now fear all Physicians.

Dr Thomas and her surgical team provided skilled, compassionate care. She spent the time pre and post op to explain the plan of care and answer all questions. The personal touches also mean so much when you are under the stress of a cancer diagnosis. I would highly recommend Dr. Thomas.

I had to have a total hysterectomy. Dr. Thomas was very caring and compassionate before, during and after surgery. She gave me a hug right before surgery and that was so comforting to me at a time that I was so scared. She truly cares about her patients.

She is kind, informative, gentle. She is wonderful and I would not consider going to another DR. She did surgery and all went well. I was in good hands!

From the first visit on thru surgery and post op care, Dr. Thomas was informative, thorough, caring and compassionate. She took a great deal of time explaining the diagnosis and what options were in my best interest for the best possible outcome. Her skills as a surgeon have been praised by anyone that has been involved with post op care as well. Any woman would be fortunate to be under her care.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone facing a hysterectomy, female cancers, etc. She is a caring and compassionate doctor and takes the time to ask and answer questions and make sure your mind is at ease before you leave her office or the hospital.
