i would avoid this doctor like a plague. My dad went to him because he was referred to him. He did cataract surgery on my dad. Post surgery my dad was supposed to be given dark glasses to cover and protect the eye. He wasn't given them although all other patients who were being operated by other doctors had the glasses on when they were leaving the facility. I brought it to his attention. He said he doesn't give them. A big lie. Because he had given the eye drops and the dark glasses to my friend's father whom he had been operated on a month before. When I mentioned this to hime, his reply was 'well you should have told me that in the beginning'. I told him why should that matter. All patients should get the same treatment. There should not be a preferred list for patients who come from your friend circle. My mom had also gone with my dad to get her eyes checked. He was anxious to do her surgery as well. Upon getting a second and third opinion...She did not need it.. … Do NOT go to this doctor. He would always get annoyed answering basic questions pertaining to the issue. The only thing you will get easily with him is immediate appointments and calls for follow ups.
