Dr. Saleem Husain, MD

Dr Husain is dismissive and doesn't take time to address patient's concerns. His staff is unprofessional and does not adhere to the HIPAA regarding divulging patients personal info in the presence of those in waiting room. Dr Husain's attitude is curt, uncaring and definitely NOT friendly - particularly "impatient "with patients of color.

After having an angioplasty and stent procedure done, what should have been an overnight stay turned into a week long hospitalization. I suffered pain and discomfort in my groin where the catheter was inserted. The doctor couldn't explain exactly what happened to cause a hematoma that spanned from my hip to my knee except that he might have nicked a vein or hit a blood vessel or scraped some scar tissue from a previous angioplasty. It's been over three months and I'm still not right. Never again! Wish I had read the reviews prior to letting him treat me.

I went for a catherization and felt every thing he was doing, I remember feeling pain when he had to go into the other arm because he couldn't use my left arm. I do not recommend this Doctor.

Office staff put you on hold and hung up without notice. This happens multiple times.

He has been suggesting an exam (advanced stress test) each year that was unnecessary for which he gets a big pay from our insurance company. Addition to that, his office slid in a crucial piece of information in the forms they made us sign, which basically ended up in us paying more after the insurance paid 10,000 to him! When we called the office, they said we mentioned this in the form we signed (info hidden in a lengthy form) and didn't think it was necessary to be verbally mentioned! Very unprofessional!

I like Dr Husain as my heart doctor , but his front desk people are very rude. They dont have any manners or patience to treat people that are coming into the office with medical problems. I believe that Dr Husain should hire staff that should represent him in positive way. Its hurtful to the patients to be treated rudely.

Dr. Husain is a very talented, professional and knowledgeable doctor. He is personable and spends as much time as he needs to provide excellent service. Usually running late, so expect a wait (~30min). I had a stent put in and feel so much better. He has been available and responded quickly to all questions. My heart is in his hands,

I have been going to Dr. husain for 8 years since I had pacemaker implaanted. He is a thorough and competent doctor. Will answer all my questions as well as any my wife may have.
