Dr. Salil Rajmaira, MD

Although I had a rather long wait in the hallway between my x-ray and being roomed, I was given excellent care both by the physician and the staff.

I think Dr. Rajmaira is a very wonderful and caring doctor who wants the best for his patients. He done a total hip replacement when I was 36 on my left side then when I was 39 on my right. Without this I would have been in a wheelchair. I cant thank him enough for all he has done for me. 16 years later after my first surgery Im still going strong. I always recommend him to anyone I come across who needs to see an orthopedic doctor. Wouldnt have wanted another. I thank GOD for having me see him when I did. Hes great and again I highly recommend him.

1 year into my total hip replacement and after putting off surgery for years from fear of disability. My mobility and pain free makes me wish that I had not. I couldn’t be happier with the way my surgery has turned out. From taking a handful of pain meds every day to taking a few Tylenols now (due to my arthritis in my other joints). I am now in the process of having my other hip replacement done later this spring with Dr. Rajmaira. Don’t put off if at all possible. There’s no sense in living with the pain when you don’t have to.

Dr. Rajmaira did a hip replacement surgery on my mother. She had excruciating pain for 4 months. He just kept telling her to exercise. He knew there was a bone chip in there, but said that it would reattach. It didn't. The doctor in Indianapolis said that in effect: the hi replacement was done so badly that it will have to be done again.

Dr Rajmaira is an excellent surgeon with an extremely competent and efficient team, from nurses to receptionists to billing department personnel. Dr. Rajmaira is very professional, thorough and has the best bedside manner of any doc I ever had.

I would not let any other Dr do surgery on my joints !! Dr Rajmira was great and caring and understanding to my pain ! A very caring Dr and I just love him and Anita too !! Thank you for taking good care of me :)

Dr. Rajmaira is an outstanding doctor. He repaired my achilles tendon four years ago and was great throughout the process. I haven't had any issues with my achilles since. I highly recommend Dr. Rajmaira for any orthopedic need.

not only a brilliant doctor, but one of the most caring people i've had the opportunity to meet. My mother has had nothing but the best care from him too. She had a complicated double hip replacement, and his surgical techniques are unparalleled and she healed very quickly. I've had to take her to many doctors, and this is the best experience I've had by far.

Dr. Rajmaira was very caring, understanding, and professional during my knee replacement. He was always very friendly during my checkups after the surgery. One thing though: he's often very busy, as patients come from around the nation to see him.

Dr Rajmaira was recommended for me after an ankle injury. I saw a total of 3 times. Once for the initial visit, once as follow up to pain related issues (and I was not progressing even with PT) and a third time at which he brushed me off and reffered me to another Dr. b/c "nothing he could do would make me happy." He acually said this to my face and laughed while doing so. He seems to me the type of Dr that has his mind made up beforehe examines the patient. He did not like answering questions for me and I got the imppression that he thought I should stop complaining as my issues went serious in HIS opinion. He at my first visit blamed me for getting an MRI that was "unnecessary" which my family doc ordered. Even after trying to explain that I had severe pain and nuerological symptoms that warrented an MRI he remained condisending and rude. He did on the second visit, make time to answer some questions but this was only after stating to him that I was very disappointed in the lvl of… care that I received at thus far. In all you should save your time and money and seek a Dr. that is more patient involved and will to partener morein your health care. As of this writing I have been out of work for 6 nearly 7 wks and have been taken off 4 more. Not typical for a run of the mill sprain.
