I started my rheumatology journey in 1996 with a fabulous doctor named Grace Teal. She became like family and I loved her so much. She had a terminal condition and when she passed, I chose Dr. Chin because she trained under Dr. Teal. She is a beautiful person and I love her equally as much as I loved Dr. Teal. She always listens, is very patient with me and will address any issues in person at my appointments without rushing me out the door like some doctors do and when I send her messages on the portal, she personally answers timely instead of having a nurse respond. I am baffled by all these bad reviews as I have never had a bad experience and never felt that she was ever dismissive.

Very terrible experience. She does not listen, I have been diagnosed with Lupus for a long time by other good specialists. They have retired so when I went to see her I wasn't having a flare-up. She ran tests that showed no activity and said there was nothing wrong. I told her that I had medical records back when it was active .She said she didn't want to see them, only hers. How crazy is that! It is impossible to diagnose when in remission. I wanted a doctor I could get established with when had problems, not a diagnosis that I've had several times over 17 Yrs. Very rude as well. Please don't go to her ,there are plenty of good ones .

It was a horrible experience. She maybe 0k for treating arthritic conditions but for diagnosing chronic diseases I would not recommend. You have to be able to listen to patients which is not, very rude.

I highly recommend this doctor! I have been seeing her for 5 years for lupus and Sjögren's syndrome. She is awesome!

I can only say that it was a waste of time and that she is not qualified. Personally I would not recommend her.

It was the worst experience I have ever had . Terrible bedside manner, not listening to her patient. Ignored everything accept her own opinion. My doctor was outraged when he read her letter that was sent to him pretty much saying there was nothing wrong with me. I have since been diagnosed with Lupus.
