Our son is a student-athlete. We are seeing Dr. Harris for more than ten years and always looking forward to every visit. She is very professional, straight to the point, and very helpful and beneficial every time. We often needed to see her without appointments available, and each time she and her staff were very accommodating and saw us after working hours. Now my son is in college, and we still call Dr. Harris first when he has any health issues. Thank you, Dr. Harris!

Dr. Harris was wonderful with my 11 year old daughter with OSD. She was scared to go in thinking it would be the end of her dance career but Dr. Harris was very kind and explained what to do and not to do and also answered any questions we had. We thought she was wonderful.

I like her, and I think she gives great advice... easy to understand and is efficient. Diagnosed a back fracture in my daughter, identified injuries in my boys easily with a simple exam and gives great advice.

Was unable to help me identify and address my issue. Ultimately, I had to go see another doctor who helped me immediately identify and successfully treat my issue.

I went to have my back checked by her after being referred by my doctor with whom I see regularly. After meeting with her I can say that it was an overall terrible time. She claimed that after looking at my MRI results I shouldn't be having back pain (although results show otherwise), and treated me and my parents poorly. I have been having back pain for a year now, and to be invalidated after waiting an hour to be seen by her is absurd. Her tone was off putting and full of dread; as if she was only seeing me to ‘get it over with.’ Please, if you’re looking for a doctor who genuinely cares about his/her patients, avoid her at all costs.

I concur with the other reviewer who observed that Dr Harris may be prejudice. We are minority and noticed she talked to us and interacted with us as if we are secondary citizens - was very cold toward us. We have never experienced this with other physicians. Even my child commented on her demeanor after every visit!

This lady kicked me out after I asked to get a second opinion from another Dr. And when I saw another Dr. I was right and she was wrong. I think she was discriminating on me because of my baggy clothing. She was rude from the start, spoke to me like I was stupid, she yelled at me, and I have never been treated so bad by a Dr in my life. I honestly have fear of meeting a new Dr. for the first time because of this lady. I was a young adult when it had happened so it was very scary for me. This lady should be fired from the Palo Alto clinic. I don't say that out of spite, but there are too many good Docs that enjoy doing good work to have someone like this lady who is willing to disrespect patients for no reason. Not to mention she not very good at her job.
