Dr. Sally Segel, MD

Extremely insensitive in delivering bad/ambiguous news. This woman should not be allowed to interact with patients.

I never had the "pleasure" of meeting Dr Segel but at my first OB appointment my OB proceeded to call Dr. Segel to get a game plan for my pregnancy. Dr. Siegel's plan was to first ask me if I wanted an abortion. Needless to say I never made an appointment with her. Extremely unprofessional.

We've now had Dr Segel walk with us through two pregnancies and absolutely love her. She is extremely knowledgeable, honest, easy to talk to and has become very close with our family. She adores our daughter and is disappointed when we don't bring her to our appointments. I wouldn't want a different doctor managing my high risk pregnancies!

She is rude, condescending, and ruins all pregnancies with scare tactics. I personally know of couple that were scared into thinking their baby had problems during pregnancy only to be born perfectly healthy.

Sally Segel is sharp and competent. She describes herself as "abundantly cautious," so I would take that to heart and not necessarily worry too much even if she's a little worried. As she says, "my job is to worry." She did the worrying for us, and acted quickly when she saw signs that things were not going "perfectly." She explained our situation clearly and often, and she seemed to really care about the well-being of our twin girls. We were probably monitored more closely than needed and were given additional treatment out of Dr Segel's abundance of caution. In my opinion, that's wonderful - I'd rather be safe than sorry when it comes to health and pregnancy! She recommended a (slight) pre-term C-section due to concerns for both mama and babies' health, and now everyone is happy and healthy and home!

Dr Segel told me my baby wouldn't be compatible with life and that he would be very small. She told me this like it was a fact. He was born 10 pounds 1 oz 21 in. He is three now has absolutely no health problems never has. I can't imagine how many babies are terminated because of false diagnosis

She is very dry and has no compassion for her patients.

Wow. Very disturbing how a Dr for high risk pregnancy can be so insensitive and pro abortion Very poor choice of wording To someone who is already nervous Tells you how tough it will be at "your age" to raise a child. She cuts you off and doesn't really seem to want to hear what you have to say. Just simply unreal experience. No way would we ever see her again.

She tells you everything right on your face even before analyzing the fact. She talks like she is the only one in this world to know everything. She doesn't know what she is talking about. Although, she accomplished so much, she needs to slow down and listen and be kind to her patients and give them a chance to think and talk. Her attitude bothers me so much. I was completely stress out during my very first visit and walked out never to see her again.

Dr.Sally Segel is one of the best doctor in our area.She always take care of her patients.We like how she helped us.Dr.Sally Segel is great person and doctor.So, we highly recommend her.
