Dr. Lakshmi cancelled my appointment 3 times in a row, because he was either on vacation or in training. Most recently the morning-of...I have to drive 45 minutes to see him and we were in the office waiting when we were notified of this "training." All the while, I needed to see him because I was having trouble breathing...which he knew.On another occasion, my feet became painful and swollen because my blood pressure increased. I went to see Dr. Lakshmi and he gave me something for the blood pressure, but never addressed my still painfully swollen feet. I had to wait 3 more days to see my primary care Dr. who quickly remedied the swelling by adjusting my medication for the day...something Dr. Lakshmi could have easily done. However, he's too busy being careless. Bottom line, Dr. Lakshmi is careless. He's in such a hurry to dismiss you that he doesn't take the time to properly listen or explain things. You're better off looking elsewhere for a Dr. who isn't just waiting to be paid.
