Never have I seen such chaos in a "professional" setting. Had testing done, referred for MRI, had to come back to discuss results. Both experiences were an all day affair resulting in a lot of frustration and no real answers. Can't understand for the life of me how this place is still operating. Paperwork lost, MRI results lost, prescribed me medicine that conflicts with another one I take. I can not stress enough, if you want good health care, look elsewhere. Seriously. The staffing situation is a complete joke and are not qualified for this job. It's honestly scary that this place is allowed to operate in this manner

So this was my mother’s second visit to see this doctor. We were there for results on numerous test, when the doctor came in the room he only had 1 test results, so it was a mass confusion, he tried saying they never received the other results when they really had. We were there for 6 hours and him and his staff seem to be confused on almost everything. He stood at the door talking with his people about other patients in different rooms(very unprofessional) didn’t even address all of the issues with my mom, we did find out some stuff but not all, all he wanted to do was rush us out of there. Plus when reading results of one test it was done in the middle of all the desk where there is no privacy at all, I would think this would be a heppa privacy law, very unprofessional and would never allow my mother to go back!!

This place is horrible. Unorganized, the nurses are rude, the doctor is always in a hurry, and the nurses always come in during your 15 minute exam that you waited 2 hours for to talk to the dr about other patients. And after the doctor, just when you think the appointment is over, there is ANOTHER waiting room you have to wait for the nurses to print out stuff and get your prescription ready, which takes another 30 minutes to an hour. I dont know if they just have too many patients or what. I went in a few days ago because my pain medication wasnt working and they wanted me to do an EMG. They found nerve damage in my cspine. It took 3 hours for a 30 minute procedure and when i got to the pharmacy i found that he had ordered the same medication as before, plus another medication that was never called in was on my med list the dr had given me. I called yesterday morning and was told they had clinic until 2. Called back at 2 and they told me they would speak with Dr. Murra and call me… back. Called again at 3 and was told the same thing. Called again at 4 and even though they are supposed to be open until 5, the phone system was shut down. The voicemail says something about a dr being on call in case of emergencies but then it just hangs up on you. I called back this morning and told them about all my calls from the day before and surprise! they told me to call back after 2. When i tried again to explain to them that i was in serious pain and they were supposed to call me back and never did, she told me very rudely to call back at 2. If my insurance covered me for any other neurologist in the area id be out of there so fast. I just hate changing doctors. If you can at all possible avoid this place, do so!!

I highly recommend Dr Murra to others. He is a highly personable and supremely knowledgeable neurologist. As others have alluded to, his testing procedures are quite extensive, so keep your calendar free on the day of the appointment. Dr. Murra was able to find 3 nerve compressions caused by a motorcycle accident. Armed with this information, my doctor now has a better understanding of what treatments to prescribe to help me rehab my injuries.

These people charged $250 for the first visit AND another $370 for a test the bill does not even describe. This bill does not indicate partial payment or anything and then a month later these people send another bill with absolutely no explanation of charges for another $471. We called and called and asked for some type of explanation of this mystery bill and not one single return call at all, only a letter from their collection agency that also had no information about charges. These people are very deceptive!!!!!

The wait time for my first visit was 3 hours that with an appointment. My second visit was for an EMG test that lasted about 1.5 the wait time was about 4.5 hours. My appointment was at 1130 and I left at 530. The doctor only spoke with me for a total of 5-10 min. because he had so many patients and he was very disorganized. The staff is all over the place, disorganized and unprofessional.
