This office is unprofessional and only looking to charge you or your insurance. They do not have the patient's best interest at heart. It's very unfortunate. I would not recommend this doctor nor this office to anyone.

He is really a bad Dr. Pushes you to Get surgery for his money and the surgery is a messed up surgery also. Listen man. If you have read this message Salvatore Lenzo known that you ruined someone’s life big time. I warn everyone to avoid him.

I visited dr Lenzo the staff was nice hardly any waiting time he was quick with his diagnosis and treated my wrist immmediately and professionally I highly recommend dr lenzo he’s a doctor that knows his field

The Doctor can't be bothered to read his patient charts; gives conflicting diagnosis, spends 5 minutes with you and overcharges in the most grotesque way. The staff is equally terrible and can't even bother phoning in the doctor's prescription after 4 request and several weeks of saying they would do it immediately. There are plenty of good doctors in NYC. This is one to avoid.

I read all the negative reports and was afraid to use him but spoke with 2 friends who used him recently and they told me he's really good. I had an amazing experience, got appointment very quick, wait time was minimal, the Dr. had patience explained to me what my issue was and what it was not, answered all my questions patiently. I did hand surgery yesterday with him at nyu outpatient facility [that place in itself deserves 5 star extremely nice and caring nurses] he spoke to me before surgery and then afterwards nice and patiently. Today I called him with question he called me back answered me no problem. Over all very very good doctor, his office staff were also very polite and helpful. I really can't imagine what the negative reviews were all about. I expect sometime in near future to take of my other hand with him too.

Had surgery with him and not satisfied with the outcome. He downplays major complications. Would not recommend him to anyone.

good surgeon. You always have to wait a long time to see him. my last visit, staff was not as easy to work with as in the past.

The staff is abrupt.. The Doctor spent about two minutes with me to tell me I tore my tendon and to give me a cortisone shot.. Sent me to a back room where a "splint maker" who was waiting on two other patients at the same time This room was dirty as were her fingernails . The cortisone shot left me in severe pain and when I called I was told to ice and elevate it.. This office is focused on one thing.. Get the patient in and out as fast as possible and bill them.. I will not go back for my follow up in six weeks but will find a physician who properly sees to his patients.. I would never recommend this office to anyone.. Staff and Doctor just does not cut it.
