Dr. Sam Smith Hill, PsyD

I saw him back between 1994-1996, during which I took many psychiatric tests, and was hospitalized frequently, not due to true psychiatric issues, but multiple heavy prescriptions of psychiatric medicine. Between his opinion and Dr. Quazi Imam, they concluded I was bipolar I. However, during the duration of my final hospitalization, (and when he no longer had a legal right to my case), he tried to tell me I was schizoaffective. When I requested a second opinion/test, he chuckled and insisted HIS word was enough. I stopped seeking psychiatric help for years due to the conduct of both Dr. Quazi Imam and Dr. Sam S. Hill. (This is not to mention Hill's Medicaid fraud charges.) I finally moved up to Utah and got tested twice, both times the results weren't nearly as severe as when I was tested by them. My suggestion would be this: if it doesn't seem correct, get a second opinion. Don't just go with what your doctor says merely due to a certificate on his wall. Thank you and good luck.
