Dr. Sam Aboul Khair, MD

Love Dr Khair but his front office staff needs to repeat customer service 101 again. Rosalind (not sure how to pronounce it) is extremely rude and not caring at all. I will never return because of how the front staff treats patients.

Refused to give me a med because he didn’t know how to code it. Gave me all kinds of excuses before he admitted this. It was for a copd inhaler. Never experienced this kind of incompetence.

I've been seeing Dr Khair for over a year since mine retired and so far he knows nothing but how to refer you to another doctor. Regarding blood pressure, ED, and pain he says "I don't know what to do!" He has sent to to five specialists and each one of them said "I don't see anything wrong". He calls himself a doctor?

Dr Khaiir has referred me to more specialists in one year than my retired doctor sent me to in 15 years. He will look you straight in the eye and say "I don't know what to do"? Uh, about high blood pressure?

Mostly experience is good. But sometimes tells you one thing, then tells you another. Forgets what he tells you every once in a while. Says don't go to a specialist and spend more money, come to him. Then, very soon after, says he can't do anymore for you and send you to a specialist again. Thinking about going to Kaiser Permanente.

The staff is very caring and friendly. I see Ms. Nancy Raborn, MSN, FNP-BC, she spends time with me and answers all my questions. All the nursing staff takes time and answers any questions I many have. The office is clean and organized. I have never had to wait more than 15 mins.
