When patient picked up meds, he/she told pharmacist that he made a mistake. Pharmacist told pt that the Dr. ordered only half of what the pt was taking. Pt called Dr. & told him that he made a mistake in the amount of meds & Dr told pt that he decreased the med to half of what the pt was taking. This was done without consulting the pt. Pt spent less than 10 minutes in his office & I can assure you that Dr charged insurance for a full hour. What kind of Dr changes medications without first discussing it with pt?

Absolutely the best doc I have ever seen. He was kind and diagnosis spot on.

Dr. Sasser is a wonderful physician. With one visit he was able to fix my meds (and I had been seeing another doctor for many years with no success). He also listens and poses a very caring attitude.

After spending about 15 minutes (his total attention span), all this Dr. wants to do is give you medications -he doesn't follow up with you and only wants to see you again for more meds. Truly uncaring, inattentive and just plain AWFUL. Unfortunately, he is the only psychiatrist in our area that takes Medicare patients - and I'm sure he bills them for the whole hour!!!
