Dr. Saman Teymouri, MD

He is a nice guy but I suspect he and his office staff are not very tech friendly. For instance, why is it that a patient must still walk into Quest (or another lab) with a written order when according to Quest 95% of every other doctor has already submitted the order electronically. This appears to be NOT the only case of that. I was actually quite surprised at how little medical information he was receiving from my other physicians. He had no clue about medical procedures done by my other physicians from the last time I had an annual physical exam with him. Either he didn’t take the time to read it in my history and/or he never got the information because the medical software is not compliant. My last physical was a disaster. He thought my A1C was too high and I was prediabetic. After receiving a “lecture” that I needed to cut down on carbs and exercise more I told him he was looking at my PSA number and he never requested an A1C be administered! There was no A1C. He then… said my PSA was too high when in fact it was the lowest it had been in 10 years. His routine for administering a physical is printing out my lab report, circling the Big 4 - cholesterol, HDL, LDL, tris - and making a comment. Frankly, I can do that myself just by accessing my lab report ahead of time (which really made me wonder if he did that). I carry a good conscience that I gave him a chance. But I need someone I have more confidence to bring their best game especially the one who holds the head coach position. By the way his office staff and assistant are very nice. But I can only imagine how much smoother their jobs would be if they let technology especially medical sharing software be their friend and not their foe.

Dr. Teymouri is thorough, great listener, straight forward with no fluff. Tells it like it is!!!!

Dr.Teymouri is so knowledgeable and exercises such great judgement with honest compassion for all his patients. His diagnostic skills and thoroughness are excellent. His Medical Assistant, Elisha, is so sweet & thorough- very efficient. We feel extremely fortunate to have Dr.Teymouri for our personal physician. His office staff are very gracious & helpful also.

Dr. Teymouri has given me years of good care. He is a bit reserved, but answers all my questions. PA Susan Glabe has been very helpful especially when I had bronchitis. She gave me a shot of antibiotics that had resisted the antibiotics prescribed by corner medical clinic. My fever of 10 days broke by the next morning. They are good medical professionals.

The most humble down to earth and excellent physician. I have been his patient for over 20 years.

I have to agree with the other honest reviews, not the last one the doctor wrote about himself being "a quiet man whose passions run deep". Who would ever say that about someone else? This doctor has a total lack of empathy for his patients who have serious medical conditions. His PA Susan Glabe advised me to take expired medication, rather than call in a refill. Office policy. Find another office, as I will be ASAP.

Dr S Teymouri is a wonderful caring physician. He always takes time to explain everything and ask any questions you may have. His peers and staff members are equally caring and friendly. He is s quiet man with ,whose passion runs deep.

Called Dr regarding a cough that was keeping me up all night and making it nearly impossible to work on my feet all day, talking all day, as a teacher. I get the PA and s generic antibiotic for what she said was a popular yet very extreme bug she is beginning to see more and more of. Not a sinus infection but never said what. I say thank you for the generic antibiotic which most people are immune to by now. But I need to function NOW. Poor empathy in the "now". If it wasn't for an empathetic pharmacist, I'd be in the hospital but even she says OTC can only do so much and Dr needs to treat symptoms, symptoms she said will last a min of 5 weeks. Antibiotics treat bacterial infections. They are limited in Tx scope. But Dr failed to help with current cough. Update: just pulled a muscle or pinched nerve in rib cage area. My feedback: quick response to a painful debilitating situation, generic treatment. PS. Robitussin does nothing but taste horrible.
