Rude, rude, rude. Extremely long waits and no apologies for the time you waste waiting on her. Loves to roll her eyes and blabbers quickly. Very condescending and shows no compassion. The worst I’ve ever dealt with and I’m in my 60s.

Always a long wait. Very disrespectful. No compassion or empathy but plenty of rudeness and condescending! And no apology for wasting of your time.

Made an appt for BV. Waited over an hour and half and 3 days to find out I had BV. Took Flagyl as described but still had itching days later. Took 2 days to get the nurse to call me back, and she told me to take probiotics and eat yogurt, which I already do and is listed on my chart. Couple days later I call back because I believe I now have oral thrush, she tells me she is prescribing a vaginal antibiotic this time for the itching and she will get back to me after speaking with Jennifer Monicle about my tongue/mouth symptoms. She calls back 6 hours later to tell me Jennifer Monicle has never heard of Flagyl causing such symptoms and I should see my PCP but meanwhile take the antibiotic vaginally. I went straight to Urgent Care after work, my tongue covered in yellow fuzz along with other symptoms that the nurse ignored confirmed my thrush and $60 later I have an antifungal pill that I should have been given with the Flagyl weeks ago. They are too busy to care and actually listen to… patients and they can't seem to make simple calls regarding antibiotics and corresponding yeast. The entire staff is rude. Go elsewhere and get the care you deserve.

The staff here don’t know how to run a schedule and treat patients poorly as a result.

I am very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. She has been very kind in her treatment. I was extremely impressed at how she took the time to explain my diagnosis.

Very personable and explains things well. I like her nurse practitioner as well.
