Dr. Shelly Leeann Leeds-Richter, MD

I absolutely adore and respect, Dr. Shelly Leeds-Richter. She is not only extremely intelligent but is very down to earth and relates well with her patients. It was a comforting experience from the check-in staff through my visit with her. I would highly recommend her and her personable staff to friends and family. I do have to say that I was disappointed that Ob-Gyn has embraced AI for appointment scheduling. Very irritating. And this was my first visit with the new office environment. Maybe it will be better upon completion, but it appeared to be very industrial. That being said, I choose Dr. Shelly Leeds-Richter because of her intelligence, experience and bedside manner. Not because of the trappings of her office, but I can tell you it’s not a very warm, comforting environment. Fortunately, she makes up for that.

Dr Leeds-Richter is amazing. She has a great bedside manner and listens, really listens. I’m in menopause and she had been preparing me before it hit. Don’t hesitate to see her.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Leeds-Richter for more than 20 years, and she is truly my favorite doctor. She is knowledgeable, caring, and very candid — she doesn’t sugar coat things, which I really appreciate. She always responds quickly to questions or concerns and somehow finds a way to work me in when needed, no matter how busy she is. She has provided excellent care to both me and my daughter and has even delivered two of my grandbabies. I trust her completely and would recommend her to any woman looking for an outstanding gynecologist.

Dr. Shelly Leeds-Richter has been my physician for 14 years now. She is wonderful. She is very well informed of the latest protocols, she listens, and truly wants to help. I am grateful for her!!!

Very knowledgeable, compassionate and attentive. She managed both of my pregnancies (both high risk) resulting in two healthy babies. I appreciate her direct, candid style; her ability to tailor her recommendations so I could make them work in my situation, and her willingness to work in tandem with a high risk Dr in my case. Lastly, she is an excellent surgeon; I have the prettiest c-section scar of all my friends.

I've been seeing her for almost 16 years. Great doctor, great bedside manner and no sugar coating at all. She tells you what is best for you and your health. I will agree over the years her staff has been hit and miss for sure and she knew that as we have discussed it because I am not sugar coating anything either.
