I've been having so much pain in my shoulder and had a referral to see here. I loved her the minute I seen her. I knew I could trust her with my condition. I know she gave me excellent care without judgment. I was worried she would want me to get surgery. I've had past Dr's money hungry and do unnecessary surgeries on my eyes. I was scared to see her and almost canceled my appointment. I'm so glad I didn't! Now I'm on my way to recovery. So thankful I went! She is amazing!

Went to Dr Kasim for a second opinion on the treatment of my left shoulder. She concurred that 4 cortisone shots was excessive. She explained my two options were either surgery or more physical therapy. Her medical assistant completed and submitted her medical notes before I left the room. I was so impressed by Dr Kasim, that I switched doctors. I later saw her for my surgery consult. She explained the entire operation, how long it would take, what she would do, and the recovery and rehabilitation. Looking forward to my upcoming surgery and finally getting my shoulder fixed.

All staff are professional ,respectful and caring. Good timely visits, always listening and attentive to needs. My shoulder injections have gone well, my shoulder surgery was completed and I am recovering well with great rehab. I feel my shoulder is progressing ahead of schedule thank you Dr Kasim and staff. Went over the results from the MRI, and will refer me to a neurologist for further information. Just conveyed there wasn’t more I could be told other than its importance in seeing a neurologist and will submit a referral.

Have seen Dr. Kasim for two shoulder related issues to include a total replacement. She is an available doctor who listens to her patients and addresses the concerns raised. There was no wait time for my early AM appt and her staff is professional. I would highly recommend her.
