Dr. Samir Babayev, MD

I went to Dr. Babyev because my husband and I were trying to get pregnant and had exhausted the use of Clomid. My fist meeting with him he told me I needed gastric bypass surgery and to do IVF. He was very rude and blunt. I left there bawling my eyes out. Mind you, I weighed less than 300lbs and was only 30. My husband asked him if we could do Femara for a few months and he reluctantly agreed. I ended up getting pregnant on my second round of Femara at 2.5mgs with no other assistance. My OB could have given me that medication. He really didn't do anything spectacular to help me and was rude with horrible communication. I only gave him 3 stars because technically he helped me get pregnant. I delivered a beautiful and healthy baby boy at 37 weeks via c-section.

Dr. Babayev is a rare physician - possessing strong evidence-based knowledge and skills, with a warm approach to interacting with his patients. My pregnancy journey has not been easy, but Dr. Babayev made sure I was well taken cared of. He always patiently listened to all of my questions/concerns, was very thoughtful in his guidance, and regularly made us feel he was rooting for us. When I encountered a setback or two in my journey, he consistently provided me with options and the right amount of context/background to make an informed decision. Before a procedure, he always made sure that my husband and I knew exactly what the treatment plan was, and made me feel I was in good hands. For many women, the IVF process is a difficult one. I felt well supported in mines as I had Dr. Babayev as my doctor, and would highly recommend him to others. He's a gem - you won't find anyone better than him.

We cannot thank Dr. Babayev enough! Dealing with fertility after a miscarriage was one of the most challenging periods for us, and we definitely wouldn’t have made it without Dr. Babayev’s compassion and care. At every appointment, he was so cheerful, with a huge smile. You can really tell he loves his job! No matter how busy he was, he always took the time to thoroughly explain the science and research behind every recommendation. I’m not sure how someone can be so optimistic and equally objective about the facts, but Dr. Babayev always managed to assuage our fear and anxiety. Whenever we had questions or concerns, Dr. Babayev was up-to-date on the latest research, which is so impressive in a field that is always advancing. We truly felt his love for teaching and his enthusiasm for the field of RE. We also met his fellows in training, who show the utmost respect for patients. It makes me so happy to know that as part of an academic center, the residents and fellows are able to… advance the field while also learning from Dr. Babayev’s experience. He is such an amazing teacher and physician, and they are lucky to learn from him. Now we are expecting our first baby this fall, and we certainly have Dr. Babayev to thank for this gift. Without any doubt or reservations, I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr. Babayev!!!

There are not words enough to describe our love and appreciation for Dr. Babayev and his staff ... they are all incredible! Dr. Babayev is always professional with an excellent bedside manner. While being professional he was personal enough to let us know he cares and was going to do anything within his power to help us reach our goals of having a baby. And he did just that! From our first consultation with him to our last OB appointment, he has been nothing short of awesome. He always has a smile on his face and always seemed happy to see us, and in the medical field that goes a long way! Dr. Babayev was honest and upfront with us about every step of our journey. Now here we are today expecting our first baby, all because of Dr. Babayev and his staff. I would highly recommend Dr. Babayev to anyone, especially my family and friends.
