My experience with Dr. Samuel Agahiu revealed a physician who operates with an outdated, paternalistic approach that leaves no room for patient advocacy or feedback. Dr. Agahiu demonstrated a profound lack of emotional control and professional composure. When presented with questions regarding current 2020 ISPD guidelines, he became visibly arrogant and dismissive, ultimately admitting that his medical judgment is influenced by personal 'friction' rather than objective data. He appears to view an informed patient or advocate not as a partner in care, but as an adversary to his authority. This 'old school' mentality manifested in a high-pressure environment where he expects absolute compliance and reacts with hostility toward those who seek to understand their own treatment. His behavior—including raising his voice and abruptly… abandoning a clinical review during a medical crisis—suggests a narrow-mindedness that is incompatible with the complexities of modern renal care. If you are looking for a doctor who respects the 'Patient's Bill of Rights' and welcomes a collaborative relationship, you will likely find this environment to be both unprofessional and psychologically unsafe. A physician who is 'ruffled' by advocacy is one who cannot be trusted to provide unbiased, life-sustaining care

Must say this is how all medical doctors should be. Great person listens answer question, explains without the rush. Has compassion. Would recommend to all!
