My visit was very satisfactory. The entire staff were pleasant and professional.

I was in the ER the night before and needed to be seen the next day. Dr. Beckstead got me in the next day. I appreciated the great service and timely manner I got in.

The Pocatello location has a professional & friendly staff. I felt they work hard to make sure the patient is well cared for & a good experience.

Dr. Beckstead staff is superb. Dr. Beckstead examined my eyes and promptly put into motion labs, tests and appointments to get right at a suspected problem, all to be done ASAP. He contacted other providers for me to expedite all of these. I’m so grateful for his expertise and kindness.

I left this office in tears after being casually told I might have myasthenia gravis - a serious neurological disease - without any careful explanation, discussion, or support. Despite sharing my history of eyelid trauma, the doctor mentioned this terrifying possibility and rushed through my appointment after hours of waiting. No patient should be left scared, confused, and alone like that. I will be seeking care elsewhere from doctors who take the time to communicate responsibly.

As always a thoroughly professional experience! The staff was so very kind and helpful as well as knowledgeable about the tests that were given. They were efficient and prompt. Dr. Beckstead is very approachable and easy going. He always answers all questions- before the exam and after. You feel like you have been listened too as well as understood. My procedure evolved over several visited and when we were through and I had healed- the last office visit was enthusiastic and supportive. Dr. Beckstead is very good at giving you confidence before and after the procedure. Calm and funny, his manner is easy going at all times.
