Dr. Bender is a brilliant doctor. He is hands down one of the top. Patient, smart, easy going and thorough. I've had other "top" NYC doctors deliver my other kids - never again, Only Dr. B!

Dr. Bender is a great person and doctor. Due to pregnancy complications, we were very worried. He made sure to answer all our questions and ease our concerns. He was the one doing the cerclage and delivering our baby boy. Our boy is now 14 months old. In addition to his caring nature, Dr. Bender is a very knowledgeable and skilled doctors. He was/is even giving classes in a medical school.

Bender performed surgery for polyp on a Friday was away after operation and didn’t return my calls that Labor Day weekend /left no # for on call physician.Nightmare. took a while to get over the physical travails. Also avoid Mt Sinai for surgery! Teaching hospital-u r like animal in zoo!

I hate to write this review as I know how much all drs in this practice are loved. Unfortunately this doctor did not work for me. At my annual there was a small infection detected, not only nobody called me to inform me but when I called I have been told the pap was not taken correctly so they could not give me the result and needed to take another one (never happened before in my whole life!!!, another pap because you didnt do your job correctly? no thanks). anyway, I was given strong antibiotics for my small infection, the antibiotics only made the infection stronger, bacteria grew doubling the count. The nurse was useless. I had to take care of my infection on my own using herbals as 2 rounds of antibiotics only made the colony bigger and bigger.

He really goes above and beyond as an OB. His calm and willingness to answer all questions in details left me quite amazed the first time I met him. I am just praying he is on duty when I go into labor. So amazing!

Great demeanor, calm, makes you feel very comfortable, answers all questions. Only met with him twice during my pregnancy at MFM but he was a gem.

This is the most amazing doctor and an office i have ever seen.This practice, that includes several great doctors has the most integrity of any other doctor offices.Very professional, always on time.Just the best!

'there are plenty qualified people doing ob-gyn but to find someone who genuinely cares about you as an individual and is interested in your case up to the point that you feel that YOUR problem is HIS... that is VERY UNUSUAL!!
