Dr. Samuel Bundz, MD

My daughter came in for her post surgery follow up. Dr. Bundz was rude and belligerent from the moment he walked in the exam room door. She was having terrible post surgery pain and he pretty much said she was over reacting and what she was experiencing was not uncommon after a gallbladder removal. It seems as if he felt she was lying about her pain to get pain pills, which was not true. He was totally unprofessional. He was rude, belligerant, condescending, and raised his voice. He treated my daughter, his patient, who came to him for medical care and compassion horribly. I was embarrassed for both my daughter who was being yelled at by her surgeon and for Dr. Bundz who I recommended to her based on my experience with him. There was no call for him to treat her this way. He finally told her, "I wish I never did this surgery and had referred you to someone else." I wish he had too, because after this experience with him I would never recommend him to anyone again. He could have been… kind and understanding. He could have talked to her civilly, like a decent human being, like a doctor should have. Shame on him! My daughter left is office crying and shaking and not understanding what she did, as his patient, to be treated as she was. Neither did I.

He caused a terrible scar on my neck, very unprofessional.

Went to Dr. Bundz after a failed laproscopic hernia repair by another surgeon who claimed that a second procedure could not be done laproscopically. After examination, Dr. Bundz said he would have no problem performing the hernia repair with laproscopic method and he did so with excellent results.

I had to have surgery and Dr. Bundz was one of the nicest doctors I have ever met. He took the time to explain the surgery and answer all my questions. On top of that he is a kind and caring doctor.

I had a medical emergency while traveling out of state. Dr. Bundz saw me the next day and removed my gall bladder the following day. Stayed in the area two weeks for follow-up visit and continued on our trip. Never in my wildest dreams! Thanks to Dr. Bundz
