I went to Dr. Samuel Cho for an endoscopy and colonoscopy. What was surprising was that I was able to get both of them on the same day. I was worried at first because I thought it was dangerous to do both procedures at once but I was totally mistaken. Everything was OK and I didn't feel pain at all. Also it really helped that Dr. Cho was a very genuine and sweet doctor. He was really nice during our consultation. Staff was generous too. I would definitely recommend Dr. Cho to my family and friends.

Staff is very rude. There is no follow up. Everyone was friendly in the beginning but after the endoscopy, there was no courtesy or professionalism. Only out to get your business; find a different doctor if you want genuine compassion and good care.

I made an appointment with the doctor. Met with him. The day of my procedure the doctor was a no show, filled in by another doctor which seemed competent. I have been waiting for a call from them with my results now for 4 weeks. I have called three times each time they say they will get back to me, but to date no response. Will never go back

His book-keeper/receptionist is HORRIBLE. She screws up everything and makes you pay for the things that you are not supposed to pay. She has the worst attitude and hands up on the phone mid conversation. Avoid this doctor if you dont want to pay extra for what your insurance should have covered for and hassle with his unprofessional receptionist.

i have been seeing Dr. Samuel Cho for the last 3 years for difficult gastrointestinal symptoms. He was extemely compassionate and listens my symtoms without much interruptions. His physical examination was extremely thorough and explains his impressions of my illnesses in plain, easy to understand language. This enables me to follow his treatment plans with better conviction. He is a wonderful doctor who understands my concerns.
