Super nice!

I went in because I feared I contracted scabies from someone in my care. The doc gave no information, took no skin sample, barely looked at me and barely talked. He told me to throw away my bedding and put lotion on. Worst bedside manner ever. He either had no knowledge of scabies or simply couldn't be bothered. I don't have a primary doctor, so I asked who in the building would be able to tell me if a certain lab test was covered by my insurance, which I also needed done. He said he couldn't write me a prescription for a lab, and if I wanted to know the test was covered there, I'd have to go, call my insurance, and come back. As if I would ever return! He couldn't even be bothered by finding out who in the building would know the answer. The kind lady up front would likely have known, but at that point i was so frustrated I left in tears. Horrible experience.
