Dr. Samuel Oliver Grimm III, MD

We are really shocked by all of the doctors at this practice. They have provided us with zero literature or advice on having a baby for the first time, and they will never speak with the father at any point. It's even gotten to the point where when the dad asks a specific question every single doctor on a separate occasion has done the same thing - only made eye contact with the mom and disregarded the dad completely, as though he wasn't in the room. Lastly, we have had sonograms done multiple times, and every time they have put the wrong name on the sonogram. If a doctor can't even get the correct name on a sonogram, how are they going to deliver a baby correctly. It takes far too long to get an appointment, the staff at the front desk is rude, and we have a wait time of nearly 20 minutes every time that we have been there. We are finding another doctor presently.

I have recently began going to Dr. Grimm after having my 5th miscarriage. He was exactly what I have been looking for to really help solve our problem.

I have been a patient of Dr. Grimm's on and off for over 30 years now. I cannot say enough nice things about my interactions with Dr. Grimm. He strives to make me feel comfortable during my visits and genuinely cares about his patients and his work. I have never had a bad visit with him. Even when I had surgery, Dr. Grimm, true to form, was caring and supportive, all the while easing my father's concerns.

Dr. Grimm is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have ever met. He spent time with me when I was really struggling with crippling ante partum anxiety and depression, and helped work out some options for treating those issues. He looks at the whole person and spends time getting to know and understand you as an individual. He wants all of his patients to have a happy and healthy pregnancy, and never makes you feel like a number, or like your questions and concerns are trivial or foolish. I can't say enough about what a difference he has made for me in this pregnancy.

Always takes time with me and discusses all management possibilities with me. Makes me feel that I am involved in the decision process.

Dr Grimm spends time listening carefully to your complaints,gives thoughtful consideration to a solution and gives excellent advice on the course to be taken to effectively treat your problem. I happen to think less is more in medical intervention. I would rather gently steer the body back into balancing itself than to hit the problem with a sledgehammer causing more problems in the process (as so many prescription meds do these days) Dr. Grimm has that approach. I think he's top-notch!
