Dr. Samuel Peter Hinton, MD

Dr. Hinton is amazing. He is efficient, friendly, and gives the patient the correct information without duly influencing the next steps. I feel that he demonstrates the caring and skills that all patients deserve but seldom get.

I’ve been going to Dr. Hinton for several years now. He is always personable and pleasant. Thorough in his examination and explanation. I would recommend him and EyeQ for a great ophthalmologist.

The explanation of how my procedure went was not adequate. I left the office not feeling satisfied with the results of the procedure. My post surgical status was vague in my underststanding. I think I was offered a remedial procedure in the future but I left not understanding the reason for the offer.

Great office, superb doctors and staff

I went to this doctor because I had what appeared to be an abscess in my left eye. It was very painful. I chose this doctor after a google search. They accommodated me with an appointment the next day. This doctor was very thorough and listened to me. Then he diagnosed the problem and warned me that he was going to hurt me. He did, the pain was intense but the net result was by the next couple of days, the pain was gone and the scab that remained is now gone. He also found that my recent cataract surgery needed a laser treatment. I liked the doctor and I liked his company.

Dr. Hinton is very kind, always in a good mood. He is gentle and lets you know what he is doing to help you feel at ease. He also asks if you have any questions and walks you out. I would recommend Dr. Hinton to my family and friends.
