Dr. Kugel is 100 percent American Pyschological Association credibal Pyschchiatrist, Specializing in Accurate extensive paperwork and is a. NUERO- Pyschologist. Whom I have had an extensive diagnosis understanding Since I was Primary Diagnosis by Kaiser Permanente Pysch Dept.in Point Loma by Dr. Nancy Cook when I was 22 years old. I received extensive Pyschological Tests in lieu and in Order of Approval by The Social Security Administration and The State Treasury. Mind you Practioners should not have been able to override a Schizophrenic Diagnosis with Bipolar Syndrome, Obbessive Compulsive Disorder and also have an inability like forwarding Medical Records from any Pyschchiatrist Office that I had/ have been established at..and esp. Prescribe Lithium to a Shizophrenic with 17 years of Office visits and a few being Dr. Samuel Kugel,Dr.Dimitman,Dr. Arnold Raymond Kaplan or even Dr.Harry practicing from Dr. Paul Leidermans Office in Santee. And the exact words for Alias CRf are: "You… are not her Mother." I will not give you any information."& Get out of my Office!".- I prove fact that to my own understanding and state that my current SSI Caseworker is pinneally aware of these Housing Rights and Medical Privacy Rights. Neglegent with patients very bad attention to there patients

Worthless, he should be put in jail, he is a medication dispenser, no help for the patients. Stay away from this person, can not call him a doctor

Needs to Relax a little bit more!! - Maybe hire more help which I do believe he has. I moved to Texas!

My doctor, Dr Kugel is a very dedicated, respectful, caring and compassioned psychiatrist. He have been treating me for many years. No doubts, I already referred him to many of my friends.

I would highly discourage anybody seeing this health care professional, since he proved to be ride and condescending.

At least 3 hours of waiting time every visit. Lots of problems w staff not faxing Pharmacy Nightmare!!!!!!!
