My appointment started in a clean waiting room, with a reception who was very pleasant and had accurate paperwork for me to review. My name was called at my precise appointment time. The aid took my blood pressure, she too was pleasant and professional. A P/A came in and asked questions regarding my visit and input my answers into a computer, she too was pleasant and professional, she said she would update Dr. Mourani regarding our conversation and that he would be in shortly. A few moments later Dr Mourani entered the room and we reviewed the purpose of my visit. He listened and made recommendations for me to follow. He has a non-threatening demeanor that makes it easy to talk to. It is very unusual in this day and age to have four medical professionals provide the caring services that I received today. Dr Mourani should be commended for assembling such a nice and competent group of individuals. I am grateful to be a patient of Dr Mourani.

Dr Mourani make you feel like you’re his only patient. Listens, good eye contact and genuinely cares about your symptoms.

Enjoyed our visit today with Dr Mourani and his staff. Loved the Arcadia office. Wait time was under 10 minutes and staff was very friendly yet professional. His nickname should be “sunshine “ for his warm and beautiful smile. He has a very gentle touch and extremely warm demeanor. Definitely a great professional and caring physician.
