Dr. Samuel Holmes Peeples, MD

Dr. People’s does not spend quality time listening to the patient health concerns on each visit. I sit in the exam room for 30-40 minutes, he comes into the room , review previous blood work results on the computer- he doesn’t explain results to you, you tell him your health concern/issue, and he tell you he is keeping watch on your blood work results. All in 5-7 minutes. No bedside manners and genuine concern for patient. I’m 65 and when I do have health concerns, I want the doctor to be more proactive.

Dr. Peeples is a nice guy but he's not proactive enough when it comes to my health. He's very good with diagnosing the obvious but has a tendency to brush off other symptoms and concerns. My health and body is deteriorating before my eyes and he don't run tests nor request blood work to try and find out what's going on within my body. He laughs it off, shrugs it off and suggest losing weight. Although weight is not causing the issues I'm having, I would love to lose weight but he's not assisting in that department either. I need a doctor that cares about my health and not just prescribing unnecessary medications which harms my health more.

This man is a big worker in my church and I considered that when I chose him to be my doctor. Wrong !! He had the nerve to tell me twice I was not taking my medicine! I'm not that stupid! I will never go to him again!

Dr. Peeples is a very skilled diagnostician and treatment physician. He is always prompt and pleasant. I respect him highly and appreciate the wonderful care he provides for me.

He was the most uncaring physician I've ever been to. Blew off every symptom I had, blamed everything on side effects of medications I'm taking, said I'm going thru menopause (unlikely, I just turned 41...no other symptoms, just low progesterone). I will die before I see him again.
