Dr. Samuel George Wilson, MD

Patient doesn't mean anything to him and staff. Won't fill out paperwork I need. Always same excuse. Worst front desk staff I have ever seen.

Very poor communication with his office staff and patient.

It took forever to get back to see the doctor. I was the first patient after lunch and there were only two people in the waiting room when I finally got in to see a doctor, over 30 minutes late. I saw the PA, and she was very competent and I felt like she would help me. But then... after she was done and told me what was going to happen, NOTHING happened like she said. The office staff left me waiting in the room for over 20 minutes AFTER I saw the PA. They did not renew my blood pressure medication like the PA said. They did not make a return appointment for me to go over the MRI I was to get. It took them several days to send in the MRI request. The only thing they did that the PA said needed doing was to give me the blood test orders that the PA filled out. It took them 20 minutes to take a photo-copy. There were at least 4 people working there and their waiting room wasn't all that crowded. They are just that bad and they were not nice about it. Like it was their right to be jerks… and I could just go die for all they cared. I thought this doctor could help me but not with this completely incompetent staff.

I have read a lot of the reviews, which I suppose some people will post when they may be a little confused. Prior to the appointment, I told the girl at the desk about my pain. She asked if I could stop by to pick up orders for x rays. I told her I could, and drove to the clinic about two hours later. I was in a lot of pain, but waited, because all I cared about was having results, and they seemed professional. They also ordered blood tests for my son and myself, and referrals for my son to see a neurologist, and me to see an orthopedic. The appointments weren't for about ten days, but that happens sometimes, they have more patients than just us. I changed to Dr. Wilson, since my previous doctor showed no help or assistance on my symptoms. I could get an appointment with him between two and five days, and obviously, business was slow for him. I wonder why. During my appt at Dr. Wilson's office, I saw a PA, who had my x ray results. She was very nice, listened to my complaints, and… then ordered an ultrasound for a possible condition I may have, and not to mention the referrals. Professional, and great bedside manner. Believe me, I have had my share of problems with doctors. I had somewhat given up, and accepted that since I'm poor, that's what I get. Doctor's too are not perfect, and can make mistakes. That's why it's important to give them as much information as possible. When it comes to doctors, I want professional, friendly, and concerned care, and that's what we got with Dr. Wilson's office!!!!

This office has the worse staff. They never answer the phone and never call you back. I've been there 5 times and have yet seen Dr. Wilson, just the Nurse Practitioner. The people there have left a message for me on 2 separate occasions and when I call back no one knows what it's about. This office has no concept of patient care or consideration.

I had occasion to need urgent attetion to a foot injury just before Christmas and called Dr Wilson's clinic. The staff were polite and got me in within 30 mins. The provider was attentive and took time to make sure I understood how to take the medication. I even got a follow up call 4 days later to make sure I was still taking the antibiotics. Overall the best medical experience one could wish for

I visited Dr. Wilson for new pt.When I called got the apt within 3 days. Receptionist was very helpful with me being first time pt.When I got to my appointment was called in within 5 min signing in. Nurse was very pleasant& very professional getting all the information .When Dr. Wilson came in He introduce Himself to me listen to me made plan for my care.Seeing at Dr. Wilson office was so far the BEST Experience for me .Now my wife wants to see him as well.Thank you Dr Wilson & all Staff.

Don't waste your time here! I made an appt as a new patient having fatigue issues. They were supposed to set me up for blood work including thyroid so I can have it done before appt. I picked up paperwork to go to lab, which they didnt have ready. Had blood drawn. I go in for visit following week and had to fill out a BOOK before getting seen. Put in the room and a Asian female student from APU knocks and enters and "asks" if it's ok for her to talk to me then dosent wait for me to respond and answered her own question saying, "yes,ok" and starts talking. She was not able to communicate well due to lack of English speaking skills, reads some lab numbers and tells me to excercise and then tries to set me up for a pap and mamogram! I had those 5 months ago which she would have seen if she bothered to look, and hello- I'm there for another issue!!! She just kept saying excercise. REALLY!?!? I asked for the doctor and she snapped at me "why you need talk to doctor!". Well, that was who… my appointment was with and I have an issue I want someone with MD after thier name to address! NOT someone that can't even communicate with me! So there was no doctor on site so a nurse practitioner comes in and seemed bothered that she had to come see me. I inquired about a medicine I had previously taken and she didn't know if she could even write that prescription, she went and asked someone, came back, asked me to bring in my old prescription because she didn't know how to write it. Ultimately she ordered the labs that should have been done in the first place and I left. I returned today and they were closed at 1. So I went back again later around 3:30 and the young Hispanic girl working the desk was as rude as can be. Tried to explain to her and she responded that the NP had already left as she shook her head like we were in the freaking ghetto! I asked to leave the info as I wanted the prescription and she looked totally annoyed and put a sticky note up for me to write on. I had enough and let her know. These people have zero interest in the well being or care of patients going in there in my opinion! I would not trust them with my HEALTH-EVER. GO ELSWHERE. Don't waste your time here like I wasted a month now trying to get resolve with my issue. Now I have to wait until next month when my doctor change goes through. So Frustrating!

I saw Dr. Wilson I told him when I eat it feels like my chest is being torn apart as the food goes down, he asked me if I had a gastrological doctor, (hello if I did I wouldn't be there), he said he would get me a referral, I also told him I needed a TB test for school. He spent 2 minutes with me and as we were walking out of the room he said "swallow for me" he then felt my throat as I swallowed. He told me to wait in the lobby. When the receptionist called me up to sign papers, I read it and it was for a "FLU SHOT" I explained that I already had my flu shot this year and needed a TB test, and a referral, she had me wait and then came back and said they would mail me the referral and I would have to come back for the TB test which would be $25. Well I had the TB test done at the Health Clinic for $20 and it has been 3 weeks now since my appt. and 2 messages left with the referral dept and still NO REFERRAL. I WILL BE CHANGING DOCTORS

Incompetent. I had gotten discharged from the ER with orders to see m doctor in two to three days. It took two weeks to get an appointment and they lied to me over the phone that my preauthorization was taken care of when it wasn't. Its been weeks and I still don't have my medication meanwhile I'm just suffering. Thanks for not doing your effing job. Don't go here.
