Dr Zuberi was very patient she listened very intently, she checked my back to find out tender points in my lower back, explained the reason for my lower back pain, ordered X-ray and clearly explained the treatment also gave referrals for PT

Caring, helpful and easy to talk to. Empathized with my concerns and was able to provide pertinent solutions.

Working in tandem to help a mutual patient receive Diabetic supplies. Doctor told out office they would not send over required info until patient was seen to do exam. Then foot exam didn't even happen. This results in an extra 30 days of patient waiting for need items, and another request for paperwork from them that will take forever. I recommend you make sure if you're a patient that you are in communication constantly with this office when they need to send paperwork to other offices. If the exam wasn't going to be done, I could have sent a different type of paperwork and saved us all 30 days of waiting to help the patient. This really frustrated me to tell the patient their pcp wasted time with poor communication. A note should have been made in the patient's chart when the paperwork came over to do a diabetic foot exam to be sure it was done. This was what information was received on our end, and then there was no follow through. Disappointing.

Dr. Zuberi came out to get me herself as her nurses were busy. She was very aware of not wanting me to wait and addressed my issues right away. She did an excellent job of managing her patients efficiently and I appreciated it.

Very good & she really listened to what I wanted HF to do for me. She took a lot of time making sure I could handle setting up the appts. coming up for my injuries (frm. fall in my home).

Wonderful doctor; was patient enough to listen all the concerns and understand the past history. Cleared all of our doubts and explained us well with all the procedures and understood the need of the hour.
