Dr. Win and Office Staff are very unprofessional taking care of their Client's. Went in once and was very frustrated when it came to ordering my prescriptions. Will not be returning...

Was looking for a new Dr. And found Dr Win. Checked her experience and patient remarks. Sooooo glad I went to see her. In all my years she is the best most caring Dr I have ever had. If looking for a superior Dr go to Dr Sandar, you will not be disappointed.

dr winn is very warm and compassionate does nit rush, makes you feel as if you are her only patuent. I recommend her highly.

Contrary to reports of Dr. Win leaving the country, she is still in the Upland area, having left her old office to start her new Family Medicine practice. It took about a week to find her again, and as of Dec. 2015 her new office is at 811 E. 11th St., Ste. 205, Upland, CA tel: 909-931-5106. She's dedicated to making a difference, very interactive and an even nicer lady who's a natural at displaying empathy, something all doctors need more of nowadays.

I love Dr Win..She is the best Doctor, in my opinion. She is patient and super smart and intuitive. I would totally recommend her to anyone, especially to women. She sincerely cares about your health and is just so good and fixing your problem..I always come out happy and secure knowing that I will be better in a few days..She always hits the nail on the head and always makes the right diagnosisrscribes the right treatment. I gave the office staff a one star because as good as Doctor Win is, the nurse there, is just as consistently bad, unfriendly, and just down right snotty...I think they got a new receptionist and she is wonderful. Hopefully, she can take up the slack for the unprofessional medical assisitant or nurse or whatever she is supposed to be.
