He barely listened to me. Asked me what my symptoms were and was obviously done listening before I was done talking. I was referred to him bc he was supposedly a specialist in my condition, instead he told me there was nothing he could do for me. Skip this provider and AGH Neurology Associates all together.

He doesn’t seem to know much about ALS, his specialty, and his bedside manner is terrible. He never gave me a thorough neurologist exam and brushed off all my concerns in front of medical students. He was the first to administer new ALS drug to a patient in the area and that patient died a lot sooner than the average ALS patient. No explanation was given to the press. ALS is one of the worst disease to have in the first place and it seems that there are no competent doctors on the Pittsburgh area to diagnose and treat it.

I was transported to Dr. Sharma's office and arrived about 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. The nurse took me back to the waiting area almost immediately. He then took all my information and Dr. Sharma came to talk to me. I have had this procedure performed more than 3 times now but he went over it like it was my first. Always explaining it to me so I understand. He never rushes and makes me feel welcome.

Dr Rana was very helpful in my treatment and so intelligent.
