This provider does not show any professionalism. Unethical behavior. Verified my benefits as an Employee Assistance Program Candidate and then dropped me no showed to our appointment when she realized I was not a self pay. Because she uses an appointment scheduling system based in India. She does not provide 10 - 15 free phone consultations like most providers to screen if they are educated to work with specific clients. She just takes what she can get, only for the $$$! She agreed in her contract with Aetna to be a EAP provider something that Aetna pays providers to provide. But that is a fraudulent thing she is claiming. I never even received consent documents to where I sent my personal ID and insurance to. I have no idea what company she uses and I am feeling very very uncomfortable.

Dr. Castillo is the best! I have had 3 visits over the past month and at each one I was treated with such professionalism, care and kindness. Never before in my life had I had a tooth filled without any pain. A few weeks later she extracted a hard-to-reach tooth. She did this very carefully and I had no pain as well. Afterwards, Dr. Castillo gave me stitches around the extracted tooth to secure it and help with healing. She is so meticulous and tells you exactly what to expect during the procedure. I like that she takes every precaution regarding any medical conditions you have and carefully interviews you so that these conditions are taken into consideration before your dental work. The dental hygienists who work with her are excellent. They are gentle, thorough and do a great job. My cleaning was the best I've ever had. I can not say enough about Dr. Castillo and her entire staff. They all make you feel so welcome.
