She should not be. I complained to the hospital back in 2009, following the botched opening up of my c-section incision 4 days post birth. She had been out on leave following a planned surgery and highly medicated when she made this very poor decision. The wonderful VNA nurses were shocked at how I was sent home from her office. It took almost 4 months to heal....and it was not easy. I sincerely hope no other patient ever experienced anything like what I did at her hands.

one goes to a dr to be assessed but this dr seems to be so totally self absorbed and very condescending. It is hard as a patient to relate to her. She is cold and distant which makes the connection difficult at best.

This dr had ZERO people skiills . Very demeaning with a nasty attidude which i believe is used to make patient feel needy, and subservient. Many dr. wont have any inside info without working at the hospital but i must put all on alert.

Dr. Chenkin made my pregnancy a wonderful experience and couldn't ask for a better person to care for me. I even kept her as my doctor as my gyno after. She is the most down to earth and blunt doctor I know. She treats you like a person NOT a patient! She is WONDERFUL!

My appointment to meet with Dr.Chenkin is in 3 weeks, but I was put so at ease by her receptionist I felt the need to comment. I am pregnant with my first baby and was very nervous and stressed about finding a good Ob I have to say the lady that answered the phone was kind, and very helpful.
